Through high-pressure extrusion by double rollers, powdery materials are pressed into flakes and then crushed and shaped into granules. The finished granules have high hardness and are not easy to break.

Disc granulator (also known as ball disc), the granulation disc adopts an integral circular arc structure, with a granulation rate of over 93%. The reducer and motor are driven by flexible belts, which ensures smooth starting, reduces impact force, and improves equipment service life. The bottom of the granulation disc is reinforced with multiple radiating steel plates, which are sturdy and durable, with a base design that never deforms, thickens, or weighs, and does not require anchor bolts to fix.
