1. Working principle

The machine adopts multi-level feeding control (fast/medium/fine feeding) and a high-precision independent weighing sensor.

Single bucket model: completes feeding, weighing and unloading in a continuous cycle, suitable for small and medium-sized production workshops, with high cost performance.

Double bucket type: two independent weighing buckets work alternately. One hopper loads finished products into bags while the other hopper weighs them simultaneously, eliminating idle waiting time and increasing throughput by more than 50% compared to a single-hopper unit, making it ideal for large-scale continuous production lines.

Fully automatic workflow: loading → dynamic weighing → bag clamping → automatic discharging → conveyor transportation → bag sewing/sealing. The operator only needs to put the empty bags manually, and all weighing and packaging actions are automatically run under the intelligent control of PLC.

2. Core performance characteristics

Ultra-high weighing accuracy

Equipped with imported high-stability weighing sensors and special weighing controllers; the overall system accuracy reaches ±0.2% FS. Real-time zero position tracking, automatic error compensation and out-of-tolerance alarm functions ensure consistent bag weight without deviation.

Durable corrosion-resistant construction

All parts in direct contact with materials are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which can resist corrosion from chemical fertilizers, chemical raw materials, and wet feed. The weighing hopper is removable and the residue can be thoroughly cleaned to effectively avoid cross-contamination of materials.

Intelligent humanized control system

7-inch color touch screen, Chinese and English bilingual operation interface. Users can freely set packaging weight, feeding speed, and production quantity; the system automatically accumulates hourly/daily output data and supports data export. It also stores multiple packaging recipes and can quickly switch between different materials.

Dustproof environmental protection equipment

The weighing cabin is sealed and a dust removal interface is reserved to suppress dust flying during the packaging process and greatly improve the working conditions in the workshop. Equipped with overload protection, emergency stop button and safety interlocking mechanism, it can operate stably for a long time.

Wide material adaptability

It is suitable for granular, powdery and mixed bulk materials with good fluidity; the adjustable feeding mechanism can flexibly handle materials with different moisture and particle sizes.

3. Scope of application

Fertilizer industry: organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer, BB fertilizer, urea, granular phosphorus and potassium fertilizer

Grain industry: rice, wheat, corn, soybeans, seeds, sorghum

Feed industry: poultry feed, fish feed, meal, corn germ pulp

Chemical industry: plastic particles, chemical particles, mineral raw materials

Building materials: dry mortar, sand, mineral materials

Food industry: starch, grain particles, nut raw materials
