一、工作原理


该机采用多级送料控制(快/中/精送)搭配高精度独立称重传感器。

单斗机型:连续循环完成喂料、称重、卸料,适合中小型产量车间,性价比高。

双斗型:两个独立的称重斗交替工作。一个料斗将成品装入袋中,另一个料斗同时进行称重,消除了空闲等待时间,与单斗装置相比,吞吐量提高了 50% 以上,非常适合大规模连续生产线。

全自动工作流程:上料→动态称重→夹袋→自动出料→输送机输送→缝袋/封口。操作人员只需手动套空袋,所有称重包装动作均在PLC智能控制下自动运行。


二、核心性能特点


超高称重精度

配备进口高稳定性称重传感器和专用称重控制器;系统综合精度达到±0.2%FS。实时零位跟踪、自动误差补偿和超差报警功能,确保袋重一致无偏差。


耐用的防腐结构

所有与物料直接接触的部件均采用SUS304不锈钢制成,能抵抗化肥、化工原料、潮湿饲料的腐蚀。称量斗可拆卸,残渣彻底清理,有效避免物料交叉污染。


智能人性化控制系统

7英寸彩色触摸屏,中英文双语操作界面。用户可自由设定包装重量、送料速度、生产数量;系统自动累计每小时/每天的产出数据,并支持数据导出。它还存储多种包装配方,可快速切换不同材质。


防尘环保设计

密封称量舱,预留除尘接口,抑制包装过程中粉尘飞扬,大大改善车间劳动条件。设有过载保护、急停按钮及安全联锁机构,可长时间稳定运行。


材料适应性广

适用于流动性好的颗粒状、粉状及混合散状物料;可调式喂料机构,灵活处理不同水分、粒度的物料。
