When the horizontal mixer is used for mixing, the materials inside the machine are subjected to the action of two rotors in opposite directions, and undergo compound motion. The blades with animal materials rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine slot, while the blades with animal materials flip left and right. In the weight loss zone where the two rotors intersect and overlap, regardless of the shape, size, and density of the materials, they can float up in an instant weight loss state. This causes the materials to form a continuous cycle of flipping in all directions inside the machine slot, intersecting and shearing each other, thus achieving a fast, soft, and uniform mixing effect.
