The powdered organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment that converts organic waste such as livestock manure and crop straw into powdered organic fertilizer, which is widely used in the agricultural field.
Production line process
The production line mainly includes processes such as raw material pretreatment, fermentation and maturation, crushing, mixing, screening, and packaging. The raw materials are crushed and stirred before entering the fermentation tank, and the temperature, humidity, and ventilation are controlled by a flipping machine to achieve harmless treatment. The fermented material is processed into powder by a grinder, then screened to remove impurities, and finally finished products are stored by an automatic packaging machine.
